Privacy Policy
This policy explains what AITRY collects, why, and who else sees it. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
What we collect

We do not collect your location. We do not access your contacts, health data, or browsing history.
Permissions
The app asks for access to your photo library, camera, microphone, and speech recognition only at the moment you use a feature that needs it — attaching a photo, taking a picture, or dictating a message. You can decline, and the rest of the app keeps working.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of service providers. They process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
- Cloudinary — stores and delivers the images and files you upload.
- Anthropic — powers Lumi, the AI stylist. Your messages to Lumi are sent for processing.
- FASHN.ai — generates virtual try-on images from the photos you select.
- Sentry — receives crash reports. We deliberately disable personal data, screenshots, and request bodies in those reports.
- eBay — product search. Search terms are sent through our servers; your account data is not.
What other people see
Your posts, profile, and comments are visible to other people using AITRY. Direct messages are visible to the person you send them to. Your wardrobe is private — other people cannot see it.
Moderation
You can report posts, comments, messages, and people, and you can block anyone. Reported content disappears from your feed immediately, and we review reports within 24 hours. Blocked people cannot message you or appear in your feed.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account removes your account right away. Your data is erased after 30 days; during that period you can restore the account simply by logging in again. After 30 days the deletion is permanent.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile data in the app, and delete your account at any time. For any other request — a copy of your data, a correction, or a question — write to support@modaiva.app and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
AITRY is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
