Terms of Use
By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AITRY.
Who can use AITRY
You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter into this agreement. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
Your content stays yours
Photos, posts, comments, and messages you create remain yours. By posting them you give us permission to store, display, and deliver them inside AITRY — that is what makes the feed work. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeting a specific person.
- Sexually explicit material, violence, or content that exploits minors.
- Content you have no right to post, including other people's photos.
- Impersonating another person or brand.
- Spam, scams, or automated scraping of the service.
- Attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or close accounts that do so repeatedly. You can report anything you see and block anyone, from the post, the profile, the comment, or the conversation.
AI features
Lumi, the AI stylist, and the virtual try-on produce suggestions and images automatically. They can be wrong, and a generated try-on image is an approximation, not a photograph of you wearing the item. Treat both as inspiration, not advice.
Shopping links
Product listings come from eBay and other stores. We do not sell those items, we do not set their prices, and we are not part of any purchase you make. Whatever you buy is between you and that store.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It is deactivated immediately and erased after 30 days; logging in during that window restores it. We may close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.
Service as-is
AITRY is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, MODAIVA LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use AITRY after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
